WORKING WITH TALLIES.
As part of our Green School’s campaign, each class is encouraged to take a daily tally of how many pupils have walked to school and how many have cycled (or indeed travelled by scooter or ‘flicker’). Occasionally to bolster the numbers and to keep the idea to the forefront, our Green School co-ordinators organise a week where ‘Green Travel’ is promoted and encouraged. The pupils receive stickers and other small treats.
